The problem
Store layouts change constantly. Bolted and slotted fixtures make every reset a tool job, and conventional magnets do not hold well enough in shear to carry loaded shelves on vertical steel.
How coded magnets help

The supporting figure is CMR's claim of up to 8 times more shear strength for attach Polymagnets compared with standard magnets.
Align pairs can also index a display into a set position so resets come out consistent.
